The machining process of drilling and tapping machine

Machining is manufacturing process that involves removing materials using cutting tools for getting rid of the unwanted materials from some workpiece and converting it into the shape you desire. A large piece of stock is used for cutting the workpiece. The large stock might be in any shape such as solid bar, flat sheet, beam or even hollow tubes. The process can also be performed on some existing part like forging or casting. In drilling process holes are created in the metal through circular cylinders. A twist drill is used for accomplishing this task. 75% of the metal cutting material is removed through the drilling operation. The drill enters the workpiece and cuts a hole which is equal to the diameter of the tool that was used for cutting the whole. A drill has a pointed end which can easily cut a hole in the work piece.

WHAT DOES VALVE TECHNOLOGY MEAN TO YOU?

One of the components of an engine is the valve. Engine valves are mechanical components that support internal combustion. One approach is the consumption of compressed air. Based on experiences from valve manufacturer (Desu Automatic Manufacturer. Co.,Ltd), around 500 butterfly, 1,000 seat and 1,500 double seat valves are installed in your average large dairy (700 million kg raw materials p.a.). If compressed air consumption could be reduced by just a few percent, this could result in considerable savings. Another way to increase efficiency is to minimize cleaning fluid losses. An NW 65 valve with 2.5 bar line pressure can easily lose almost 2 liters of fluid per second. This loss occurs due to the necessary leakage space in double seat valves, which is cleaned when the valve disc is raised. To prevent the loss of too much cleaning fluid, the response times of the valves must be as short as possible – solutions can be found in their design.   Related products: API 6A Gate Valves...

YFL Check Valves Operation and Maintenance Manual

1. General Thanks for your selection of  YFL check valve . As a type of pressure equipment, valve has potential hazards of pressure resulting from leakage of process fluid. For the safety purpose, user shall read this instruction to know what YFL has already taken into account in our design and manufacture, and what action shall be taken by user according to essential health and safety requirements of European Directive 97/23/EC(PED) . 2. Essential health & safety requirements of PED 2.1 What’s YFL design idea - Check valve  are designed as standard product, no consideration of each specific service condition since its too wide. -Check valve is designed to BS1868, API 6D, valve has adequate strength according to ASME B16.34 pressure-temperature rating. The check valve was EC-type approved by European Notified Body. -Valve has different sealing materials in accordance with BS1868, API 6D which are corrosion/wear resistance to certain type of fluid. 2.2 What action user ...

Realization of current detection in automobile electronic system

Here mainly introduces the detection method of electric current, find some factors that are easy to be neglected in the design. First consider two different methods: the detection method based on the magnetic field and the detection method based on the shunt. 1. Magnetic field-based detection methods (represented by current transformers and Hall sensors) have many advantages, such as good isolation and low power loss, which makes it more widely used in power drive technology and high current fields, but It also has shortcomings, such as large size, unsatisfactory compensation characteristics, linearity, and temperature characteristics. 2. Shunt method High-precision low-resistance resistors currently have the characteristics of high power and small size. This method has low cost and high accuracy. More used in automotive electronics. If you want to realize the anti-pinch function, you usually use two methods for detection at the same time. The following takes the window control as an ...
