1. Product Information

Bioendo’s Lyophilized Amebocyte Lysate (TAL) reagent is the product manufactured with amebocyte from blood of Tachypleus tridentatus. After rehydrating TAL reagent with Water for Becterial Endotoxin Test, sample could be added directly to the ampoule. Then incubate solution at 37ºC±1ºC for 60±2 minutes. Take each tube in turn directly from the incubator, and invert it through about 180º in one smooth motion. If a firm gel has formed that remains in place upon inversion, it means the sample contains endotoxin. None extra endotoxin-free tube is needed when do endotoxin detection with our Gel Clot Lyophilized Amebocyte Lysate (TAL) Single Test in Ampoule.
