5. The instrument should be placed at least 30cm away from obstacles.

Main USES:

The moisture permeability tester is used for testing the moisture permeability of various coated fabrics, composite fabrics, composite films, plastic films, exchange films and other materials, and is often used for testing medical fabrics.

Technical indexes of moisture permeability tester:

1. Adjustable temperature control accuracy: 20 ~ 50℃±0.1℃;

2. Adjustable humidity relative humidity: 40 ~ 95%±1%RH

Technical Features:

1. The refrigeration system adopts French Taikang refrigeration unit to ensure the stable operation of the whole machine for a long time;

2. Adopt temperature and humidity sensors imported from Switzerland to ensure the accuracy of temperature and humidity in the experimental cabin;

3. Use industrial color touch screen and display menu in Chinese and English;

4. Automatic water addition function is adopted to facilitate testing and is suitable for testing for a long time;

5. The temperature and humidity recorded once a minute can be inquired in real time, and the printer can be connected to print out;

6. Three layers of samples are placed on a shelf with 9 test cups for each layer, which greatly increases the number of single test samples, reduces the user's operating cost and improves efficiency;

7. There are small doors in the sample taking cup respectively to reduce the influence on the test environment due to the sample taking period and the opening of the door, thus shortening the re-stabilization time;

8. The balance must be reached again within 3 minutes after each closing of the test cabin door in full compliance with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 of GB/T12704 ~ 2009;

9. The turntable sample placement rack is more uniform than the fixed sample rack.
