The difference between plastic granulator and shredders

The difference between plastic granulator and single shaft shredder:

1. Single shaft shredders have reduction gear, but plastic granulators do not.

2; Single-shaft shredders have a pusher box, whereas plastic shredders do not.

3; Single-shaft shredders have diamond-shaped blades, whereas plastic crushers have sharp, flat blades.

4; Single-shaft shredders shear materials using low-speed, high-torque knife rollers, whereas plastic crushers cut materials using high-speed knife roller operation.

The difference between plastic granulator and two shaft shredder:

1. The shaft shredder has two motors, two reducers, and two knife rolls, whereas the plastic crusher has only one motor, no reducer, and one knife roll.

2; The plastic crusher has a screen to ensure that the size of the material crushed by the plastic crusher is not greater than the aperture of the screen, whereas the twin-shaft shredder does not have a screen and cannot guarantee the size of the material shredded.

3; Twin-shaft shredder blades are nearly hexagonal in shape, whereas plastic shredder blades are flat.

4; The twin-shaft shredder shears the material with two reverse-running knife rollers, whereas the plastic crusher cuts it with a single high-speed knife roller.

Copper rod machine melting,Copper rod upcasting machine,Copper plating line

China is short of copper, and China is also a big copper user. At present, the copper consumption of China's cable industry is about 7.5 million tons, accounting for more than 60% of China's total copper consumption, accounting for about 1 percent of the world's total copper conductor consumption, making it the largest copper user in the world. In order to solve the serious situation, the smart Chinese people try to use the machine which could meet the energy-saving requirement to produce the cooper rod. D&S copper rod making machine adopts the advanced fire refining technology to produce the¢8MM bright low-oxygen copper rod which is meet the international standards in the continuous casting line. The features of the production line are continuous casting and rolling process. There is no interruption from melting of raw material, casting process, rolling process and delivery of product, and it has high efficiency due to automatic control throughout the entire process. ...

Chiller installation technology

1. When selecting the position of the lifting point, first consider the best position of the air circulation, and secondly consider the direction of the structure of the storage body. 2. The gap between the chiller and the slab should be greater than the thickness of the chiller . 3. All the slings of the chiller should be tightened, and the bolts and slings should be perforated with sealant to prevent cold bridge and air leakage. 4. When the ceiling fan is too heavy, use the No. 4 or No. 5 angle iron as the lintel. The lintel should span across the other roof and wall panels to reduce the load. Industrial Valve Actuator: Manual Actuators,Hydraulic Actuators,Electric Actuators

Actuators are devices that help workers in the pipeline to drive the valves. The power could be electric, air (pneumatic) or flow (hydraulic). Actuators have two main functions: linear and rotary. So, let's get into the common types of valve actuators. Manual Actuators These actuators, also known as manual actuators, usually require workers to run a wheel or lever. However, due to the high pressure inside the pipes, people usually dislike manual actuators because they are difficult to operate. However, manual actuators do have their advantages. For example, if you need a precise valve position, a manual actuator is the ideal option. Taval manual gate valve is widely used for oilfield manifolds . Pneumatic and Hydraulic Actuators Another frequent actuator is pneumatic, or air operated. However, users need to choose which they want, linear or rotary pneumatic? Pneumatic linear actuators use a compressor or a hand pump to move the piston throughout the pipe. On the oth...
