LF2 High Pressure Top Entry Ball Valves

YFL High pressure forged steel top entry ball valves are widely installed in high pressure applications for convenient online maintenance in oil & gas production and transporoation, oil refinery, petrochemical, metallurgy and power etc.

YFL High pressure forged steel top entry ball valves technical features:

1. Top entry structure makes the ton entry ball valves can be online maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline. 
2. One piece forged body with sufficient wall thickness and high strength bolts can stand high working pressure and can be weleded directly to the pipeline.
3. Seat with bevel angle design eliminates accumulation of impurities.
4. Realize reliable sealing through pre-load spring under zero pressure and lower pressure condition. Ensure excellent sealing performance during fire condition with additional expanding graphite.
5. When there are damages between the valve seat and ball, emergency sealing can be achieved as secondary sealing with grease injection through grease injection valve for grease gun. There is a check valve in the grease injection valve to prevent the grease from spilling under pressure from the ball valve.
6. Extended stem are available for underground buried applications
7. With Double block and double bleed design, the working medium trapped in the valve cavity can be discharged through drain and bleed valves, and the working pressure increasing in the valve cavity can be relieved automatically through seat at outlet side.
8. Less leakage point, Lower torque, lower maintenance cost and longer working life
